Sue Oswalt

Sue Oswalt began their career in 1984 as an Administrative Support/Office & Facilities Manager at Friedman, Eisenstein, Raemer & Schwartz. Sue gained experience in various administrative tasks and eventually managed administrative staff. In 1991, Sue joined Mostardi Platt as an Office/HR Manager, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth by developing Human Resources infrastructure and supporting business expansion. Sue then moved to Philips/AVENT in 1999 as the Director of Corporate Relations, working closely with the Executive Team to implement HR initiatives and resolve employee relations and product quality concerns. Since 2008, Sue has been serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Insurance Program Managers Group, leading key initiatives and strategies in HR and marketing. Sue successfully managed the shift to remote work during the pandemic and designed effective training and communication campaigns to promote the company's 100% ESOP operation.
