Manoj Nair

Manoj Nair has worked in a variety of roles since 1998. Manoj began their career as a Sales Representative at GSK, and then moved to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories as an Area Sales Manager in 2005. In 2006, they took on the role of Product Manager at Gufic Bioscience Limited (Mumbai). Manoj then moved to Max Life Insurance Company Limited as a Sales Trainer in 2008. In 2013, they became a Senior Sales Trainer at Kotak Life. In 2021, they were appointed Vice President - Alliance at UpperCrust Wealth Pvt.Ltd. Manoj also held roles as Business Associate at Insurance Samadhan in 2020 and Share Samadhan Private Limited- सारे समाधान in 2021. In 2016, they founded Next Level Mentoring Solutions LLP, where they were responsible for soft skill training, behavioral training, leadership training, sales training, investor awareness programs, and MS office and technical trainings in the engineering domain.

Manoj Nair attended Choithram School from 1977 to 1992. Manoj then attended St. John's Pharmacy College from 1992 to 1997, where they earned a B. Pharm in Pharmacy. Additionally, Manoj Nair has obtained certifications in Competency Based Interview from Sunshinepic Training in June 2020, as well as Master Trainer Certification, NLP, POSH, and Professional Patterns of Management from the National Skill Development Corporation, National Federation of NLP, Mahabodhi Consulting Group, and Kinder Brothers International, respectively.
