Lawrence L. McGlynn

Lawrence L. McGlynn serves as the Treasurer of McGlynn & Associates Insurance Services, a family-run independent insurance agency that has been operating in Eastern Massachusetts since 1915. As a co-owner of Insurance Services of New England, LLC since 1999, McGlynn has furthered contributions to the insurance industry. In addition to insurance, McGlynn is a recognized spaceflight historian, lecturer, collector, appraiser, and television actor, with extensive research and writing on early human space flight. McGlynn's academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture/Civil Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, as well as ongoing studies at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the History of Technology. McGlynn was also a member of the MIT Space Policy & Society Research Group from 2008 to 2010.
