Heather Taylor-Wagnon

Heather Taylor Wagnon is the Vice President of Services at ITS - Insurance Technology Services, where Heather has been since November 2010. Prior to this role, Heather held positions as Director of Implementation & Testing Services and Senior Consultant within the same company. Before joining ITS, Heather worked at American Physicians Insurance Company (API) from June 1994 to October 2010 as a Technical Business Analyst. Heather earned their BBA in Computer Information Systems from Texas State University in 2002.
