Ridam Jain is a seasoned Human Resource Business Partner with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving at InsuranceDekho since January 2024, Ridam previously held the same title at BYJU'S from May 2021 to December 2023. Initial experience includes a Human Resources Internship at JSL Lifestyle Limited, focusing on a Compensation Benchmarking Project, and a Summer Internship at JM Financial Ltd involving data collection and analysis.
