Chelsea Midlarsky Buzer

Chelsea Midlarsky is the founder of Insure National and possesses over a decade of experience as a leader in the recruiting and staffing industry. After graduating from the University of Florida, Chelsea started her career in executive recruitment, building relationships with a variety of top Legal and Business Development Professionals. As her career continued to evolve, Chelsea noticed a talent gap in the insurance industry firsthand, which was the catalyst to start Insure National. In 2017, Chelsea founded Insure National with the intent of enabling growth in the industry she was so passionate about. Over the years, Chelsea has built a scaling company, with teams of employees that serve hundreds of clients.

Chelsea is also the Co-Chair and original partner of RISE Professionals, an industry networking group dedicated to growing, recognizing, and advancing the Best Young Professional Talent in the Insurance Industry.
