Matilda Andersson has over six years of diverse work experience in design roles. Matilda is currently the Head of Design at Insurely, starting in September 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Product Designer at Netlight from August 2017 to August 2021, where they specialized in UX, Product Design, Service Design, and UI Design. Matilda also mentored and coached other designers during their time there. Matilda was also the UX/Product Design Lead at Utopia Music from March 2021 to July 2021. Matilda worked as a Senior Product Designer at Zettle by PayPal from April 2019 to February 2021, contributing their expertise in product design. Additionally, they spent a year as a UX & UI Designer at Swedbank from March 2018 to April 2019. Matilda has also worked in brand and UI design roles at OPR-Finance AB and Microsoft, and as an Interaction Design Researcher at Volvo Cars. Matilda began their career as a UX Designer at Scania, focusing on mobile interaction techniques for the service and maintenance network. Matilda's extensive work experience demonstrates their strong background in various design domains and showcases their skills in mentoring, coaching, and research.

Matilda Andersson's education history begins in 2007 when they attended Rodengymnasiet and obtained their Gymnasieexamen in the field of Teknikprogrammet- design och kontruktion. Matilda then pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Mechanical Engineering at Linköping University from 2010 to 2013. During their bachelor's program, Matilda also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Università di Trento, where they studied Mechanical Engineering from 2013 to 2014. Continuing their education, they completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Industrial and Product Design at Linköping University from 2010 to 2015.

In addition to their formal education, Matilda has also obtained certifications in Quality Web Communication from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF) in June 2018 and as a Modern Marketer Achiever from Microsoft in January 2017.
