Jyoti Pagare

Jyoti Pagare began their career as an HR Trainee at Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals Limited in 2008. Over the years, they have held various HR management positions at companies such as SUPREME INFRASTRUCTURE INDIA LIMITED, Semac Consultants Pvt. Ltd., and Jaden Executive Search & Recruitment Specialists. Currently, Jyoti is serving as the Head HR at IMT Care, a company backed by Y Combinator. They completed their MBA in Human Resources from HNIMR Cummins in Pune and Xth Std. from CBSE Kendriya Vidyalaya.
