Jeffrey Mau

Jeffrey Mau has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies. Jeffrey began their career in 1993 at Lactalis, where they managed manufacturing systems and oversaw various modules. Jeffrey then moved on to New Era Cap in 2007, where they took on roles as a Systems Analyst, IT Manager for Supply Chain Management and Finance, and finally as a Senior Manager of Information Systems. During their time at New Era Cap, they managed teams, collaborated with different departments, and worked on implementing new solutions to meet business requirements. In 2017, Jeffrey joined Integer Holdings Corporation as a Senior Systems Analyst before transitioning to Utilant, LLC in 2019 as the Director of Business Management Systems. Jeffrey then moved on to Sumitomo Rubber USA in 2021, initially working as an IT Manager for Applications Management before being promoted to the position of General Manager of Information Technology. Currently, Jeffrey holds the role of Director of Process and Project Management at InsurePay, starting in 2023.

Jeffrey Mau holds an MBA in Marketing/Management from St. Bonaventure University, which they attended from 1995 to 1997. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Rochester Institute of Technology, completing their studies between 1988 and 1992. Apart from their formal education, Jeffrey has also obtained certifications in "Finding Your Introvert/Extrovert Balance in the Workplace" and "Requirements Elicitation and Analysis" from LinkedIn in September 2018.
