Robin Ballas

Robin Ballas has over 30 years of professional experience in the insurance industry. In 1989, they began their career as a Senior Actuarial Analyst at Cotton States Insurance. In 1998, they joined QBE (formerly QBE FIRST, formerly Sterling National, formerly ZCSterling) as a Senior Business Analyst, where they developed implementation and improvement plans, translated business needs into actionable processes, and assessed, documented and communicated impact of change to business and individuals. In 2008, they took on the role of Senior Product Manager at the same company. From 2015 to 2019, they worked as a Business Analyst III and Business Analyst II at Team Focus Insurance Group, where they developed business requirements documents and assisted in and supported other Focus Technologies teams in their triage of production issues. Most recently, they have been a Senior Business Analyst at InsurePay since 2019, where they are empowering Carriers and their partners to allow policyholders to pay only for what they need with real-time system and data-driven accuracy and flexibility.

Robin Ballas obtained a BSBA and BS in Operations Research and Mathematics from Bowling Green State University between 1984 and 1988. Robin then attended Kennesaw State University to pursue a degree in Mathematics Education. In 2014, they obtained an AINS Certification from The Institutes, as well as a Florida 4-40 License #W216254. Robin is currently pursuing an ARM Certification from The Institutes.
