Sarah Hecht Brinton , MPA

Sarah Hecht Brinton, MPA has extensive experience in Human Resources and Operations Management. Sarah began their career in 2016 as the Human Resources Manager and Customer Care Manager at BrightStar Care. In 2018, they moved to ReadyBase where they served as the Human Resources Operations Manager and Office Manager. In 2020, they joined Bernard Health as the Human Resources Operations Manager. Most recently, in 2022, they began working at InsurePay as the Director of People and Culture and People Operations Specialist. In this role, they are responsible for InsurePay's SaaS platform, which provides policyholders with real-time accuracy, automation, error reduction, policyholder retention, and reduced friction and costs.

Sarah Hecht Brinton received their Master of Public Administration (MPA) from Long Island University in 2017. Sarah had previously obtained a BS in Health Care Administration from Long Island University in 2016. In 2015, they participated in a Study Abroad program at Chiang Mai University.
