James Jones

James Jones has a solid work experience in various roles. James started their career as a Programmer/Network Administrator at Centre jeunesse de l'Estrie, where they developed database applications and managed the company's local and wide-area networks. James then moved on to Teleperformance, where they worked as a Technical Trainer & Supervisor, creating training programs and maintaining a technical support intranet. After that, they joined Nuvei as a Project Manager & Business Analyst, responsible for scheduling meetings, developing custom software, and maintaining pricing systems. Currently, James is working at Insurity as a Lead Instructional Designer, where they create and delivers training programs and leads content development.

James Jones received their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Psychology from Concordia University, where they studied from 2005 to 2010. Prior to that, they obtained a DEC in Computer Science Technology from Champlain College Lennoxville in 2001. In addition to their formal education, James has obtained several certifications in various fields, including Instructional Design and Bias Confrontation from Lynda.com and LinkedIn, respectively, with the most recent certification obtained in 2021.
