Jason Pamplin

Jason Pamplin has a diverse work experience in the IT and insurance industry. Jason currently serves as the Vice President of Product Management at Insurity, leading the Sure Commercial & MGA Suites. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Underwriting Solutions at Insurity. Before joining Insurity, Jason worked as a Product Manager at INSTEC Underwriting from 2016 to 2021. Jason also gained valuable experience as the Manager of Engineering Services at Vertafore from 2014 to 2016. In addition, Jason served as an IT Director at Markel Corporation from 2012 to 2014, overseeing the transition and integration of Thomco's business and IT infrastructure. Jason began their career as the Chief Information Officer at THOMCO, managing the entire IT organization and budget. Notably, Jason has also taught as an Adjunct Professor at Southern Polytechnic State University.

Jason Pamplin holds a PhD in Computer Science from Georgia State University, which they obtained from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Southern Polytechnic State University, attending from 1991 to 2001. In addition to their academic qualifications, Jason has obtained certifications in Automation Pro I and II from Workato, as well as an Inclusive Leadership certification from LinkedIn, all in 2021.
