Jessica H.

Jessica H. has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Jessica started their career as a General Accountant at ASP Computer Products in 1994. Jessica then worked as an Accounting Manager at Chip Express from 1998 to 2002, where they were responsible for cash management and financial statements.

From 2002 to 2005, Jessica served as a Controller at PerkinElmer Optoelectronics, overseeing the accounting department. Jessica then moved to Modulus Video, where they worked as a Controller until 2007 before being acquired by Motorola.

In 2007, Jessica joined Mobilygen as a Controller, specializing in H.264 video compression semiconductor solutions. Jessica stayed with the company until it was acquired by Maxim Integrated Products in 2008.

From 2008 to 2013, Jessica held the position of Controller/CFO at WordLock, where they managed various financial aspects, including AP, AR, HR, and payroll. Following the company's acquisition by HBC Home & Hardware Products, Jessica continued their career at Gloo LLC / Tango Group, where they worked as an Accounting Consultant to spin-off a new start-up.

In 2014, Jessica became the Director of Finance & Administration at ThinkTank Collective Intelligence Software, where they were responsible for financial aspects, such as AP, AR, GL, HR, payroll, and month-end reporting.

From 2016 to 2019, Jessica served as the Finance Director/CFO at SpatialKey, where they led the Finance, Accounting, and HR departments while preparing for continued growth. In December 2019, SpatialKey was acquired by Insurity, and Jessica transitioned to a new role managing Acquisition Integration.

Finally, in 2019, Jessica joined Insurity as a Director of Finance. Jessica later took on the role of Associate Vice President of Finance (Acquisitions) in 2021 and then became the VP of Finance (Acquisitions) in 2022. In this role, they focused on integrating acquisitions onto the Insurity financial platforms and ensured data integrity throughout the process.

Jessica H. graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Santa Clara University in 1997. Jessica then pursued further education and obtained an MBA in Accountancy from the University of Phoenix between 2004 and 2006.
