Ken Safft

Ken Safft has been working in human resources for over 25 years. Ken began their career as a regional human resource specialist for Horizon/CMS Healthcare Corp. In 1997, they took on the role of regional employee relations manager for DST Output. Three years later, they became the director of human resources for MacDermid Enthone Industrial Solutions. In this role, they were responsible for leading the HR department for a $500 million specialty chemical manufacturer with 1500 employees in 27 countries. In 2008, they became the national director of human resources for Nestle Waters, where they were responsible for HR strategy and execution for the company's $4.5 billion bottled water division with 3500 employees in 25 North American locations. In June 2009, they joined Insurity as the chief human resources officer.

Ken Safft received their MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Hartford and their BA in Psychology from the University of Hartford. Ken is certified in Inclusive Leadership from LinkedIn.
