In their most recent role as a Global HR Leader, Mithun developed and executed talent strategies that aligned with long-term business objectives and contributed to achieving awards such as “Employer of Choice” and “Great Place to Work.” Currently, Mithun is pursuing an MBA in HR at Bharathiar University while serving as the Director of HR at Insurity.
