Michelle Anderson is an Annuity Case Manager at InsurMark since September 2014. Previously, Michelle worked as a New Business Coordinator at Elite Marketing Group from July 2012 to September 2014. At InsurMark, Michelle is the primary contact for advisors on case processing inquiries and maintains an accuracy above 90% for new business applications. Michelle builds strong working relationships with advisors and key administrative staff, while also resolving complex new business and policy holder service issues. Michelle's role at Elite Marketing Group involved being a liaison between agents and carriers, processing Life and Annuity applications, and providing exceptional customer service to agents. Michelle attended Texas School of Business from 2010 to 2011.
