John Harvey

John Harvey is the Founder and CEO of CrashBay, which connects carriers and qualified shops through a digital car repair marketplace. Additionally, John founded Insurtech Canada, an organization dedicated to advancing insurance innovation in Canada, and serves as Founder and Principal at SAIL Ventures, focusing on go-to-market strategies and business development. Previous roles include Chief Insurance Officer at Foresight Analytics, where John worked on advanced auto insurance analytics, and Optimization Consultant at The Commonwell Mutual Insurance Group, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. John also held a significant leadership position as Vice President of Sales for CARSTAR Canada at Driven Brands, and directed sales operations at RBC Insurance. John holds an MBA from Athabasca University and several specialized certifications from esteemed institutions, including Harvard Business School and Ivey Business School.
