Santosh B Kumaar has a long and varied work experience. Santosh started their career in 2006 as Business Owner for Connexion IT Solutions. In 2008, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer for RPOHIRE, where they provided clients with insights and capabilities to boost their freedom to achieve better-quality results. In 2012, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer for Insuserve 1- Insurance Back Office Services, where they provided Insurance back office outsourcing services to Insurance Agencies, Brokers, Independent Agents, Wholesalers and MGA's. In 2022, they became Company Owner for Venture Informatrix Inc.

Santosh B Kumaar obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Andhra University between 1997 and 2000, with a field of study in Business Administration, Management and Operations.
