Neil then attended Kaplan Financial Newcastle from 2006 to 2012, earning a degree in AAT with a focus on Accounting. Following this, from 2013 to 2017, they pursued CIMA at Kaplan Financial. In terms of additional certifications, Neil obtained a Service Strategies Support Supervisor certification from SGSA in September 2019 and an Accounting & Finance certification from TestDome in December 2019.
