Aretha Townsend is a Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Intact, where they have been since 2016. Previously, Aretha served as a Workplace Learning Facilitator at RBC Insurance from 2001 to 2005, and held the role of Collateral Manager in Marketing at Ricoh Canada from 2005 to 2009.
