Kenneth Hou

Kenneth Hou is a seasoned professional in sales learning and development with a diverse background spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Sales Learning & Development Consultant at TriNet since August 2023, Kenneth previously held multiple roles at Samsung Multicampus from September 2016 to March 2023, including Learning and Development Specialist, Executive Coach, and Corporate Trainer, where responsibilities included designing and delivering training programs for various leadership levels. Prior to that, Kenneth directed sales and marketing efforts at Pound'N'Pence Co. from 2013 to 2016, focusing on strategic partnerships and growth initiatives in South Korea. Earlier experience includes serving as a Corporate Trainer at Samsung Global Management Institute from 2008 to 2013, where extensive training solutions were developed and delivered.
