Diane Gill

Diane Gill is currently the Lead Law Clerk at Intact, a position held since April 2024, following a tenure as Associate Senior Law Clerk from January 2019 to April 2023, where responsibilities included responding to Access to Personal Information requests and Privacy Breaches, as well as preparing compliance reports for management and board committees. Prior to joining Intact, Diane accumulated extensive experience at Travelers Insurance Company of Canada from April 2010 to October 2018, holding roles as a Real Estate Law Clerk and Regulatory Compliance Clerk, and at Teranet Inc. as a Title Certification Analyst between 1999 and 2005. Diane also served as a Senior Technical Leader at EDS Systemhouse from 1992 to 1999. Educational background includes studies at Centennial College from 1986 to 1988.
