Flavie Ortmann

Flavie Ortmann (née Schäfer) is a Senior Corporate Strategist at Intact, having progressed through various leadership roles within the company since May 2019, including Director of Strategy & Design for Marketing and the Intact Lab. Previously, Ortmann served as a Manager of Strategic Transformations at Deloitte Canada, guiding clients across multiple industries in sustainable transformation while managing significant revenue achievements. Prior to Deloitte, Ortmann held managerial and consultant roles at Accenture and IBM, focusing on organizational and technology transformations. An early career included internships at L'Oréal, Heidrick & Struggles, COMETAL, and Siemens. Flavie Ortmann holds a Diplom in Economics & Management from WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management.
