Francis Malorni

Francis Malorni is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and project management. Since July 2010, Francis has served as the Director of Software Development & AI at DataLab Intact, focusing on AI initiatives to enhance segmentation and risk selection. Prior roles at Intact include Line Director of Software Development at Intact Lab, where Francis oversaw innovation in insuretech, and Senior Software Development Manager responsible for resource allocation and team performance. Previous experience includes roles as Software Development Manager at Expertus Technologies, Senior Business Analyst, and Business Analyst & Software Programmer at Aon. Early in the career, Francis worked as a Database Administrator at IBM Global Services, managing DB2 databases. Francis holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Université de Sherbrooke.
