Ian Malayang

Ian Malayang is an experienced professional in leadership development and training, currently serving as a Senior Leadership Development Consultant at Intact since July 2014, where responsibilities include implementing national soft skills and leadership development programs across various business lines. Prior to this role, Ian held positions at Alberta Blue Cross as a Senior Training Consultant and at Convergys, where roles included Sr. Manager of Sourcing & Recruitment and Training Manager.
