Ioan Bogdan

Ioan Bogdan CPA is an experienced financial professional with significant expertise in accounting management and financial operations. Currently serving as Manager of Financial Operations at Intact since March 2019, Ioan oversees the accounting management of the Banking department and is involved in new ERP implementation. Previously, Ioan worked as Financial Controller at Techniseal, a division of Oldcastle, where responsibilities included managing the division's accounting and finance, along with a major role in new ERP implementation. Earlier experience includes the position of Director of Finance - Canada at GardaWorld, where Ioan handled financial statements, planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for the Canadian Cash Services division supporting a $270 million business with 3,500 employees across more than 40 branches. Ioan holds a Master’s Degree from UQAM | Université du Québec à Montréal and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Babes-Bolyai University.
