Lyle Lohmeyer

Lyle Lohmeyer is a senior financial executive with a successful career serving publicly and privately held global businesses. Lohmeyer has implemented successful business strategies, managed difficult operational challenges, and created transparency and accountability to support key stakeholders including executives, investors, and lenders. He has broad industry experience that includes M&A, fundraising, debt control and administration, and operations management in a variety of industries such as pharmaceutical services, clinical research, electronics, software, and manufacturing. At Cloud Pharmaceuticals, Lohmeyer’s responsibilities include financial management, fundraising, and business development.

Prior to joining Cloud Pharmaceuticals, Lohmeyer has held financial management positions with companies such as AAIPharma, Qualia Networks, Energy Conversion Systems Holdings, Abaco Mobile, and NAVTEQ. He started his career with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Chicago. He holds a BSGM in accounting and finance from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Management and a Masters of Management from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management. He is also a certified public accountant.
