Jeff Bellmont is currently the GSL COO at Intact Insurance, a role they have held since 2024. Prior to this, they served as SVP & GSL COO at Intact from 2021 to 2024 and held various actuarial leadership positions, including Vice President at OneBeacon Insurance and Senior Vice President at Guy Carpenter. Jeff began their career as an actuary at St. Paul Travelers from 2003 to 2007. They earned a B.S. in Actuarial Science and Economics from the University of St. Thomas, graduating in 2003.
