Karen Boyd

Karen Boyd is an experienced insurance leader currently serving as the Director of Strategic Projects at Intact. They have previously worked in various roles at Intact, including Training and Development Consultant and Manager of Strategic Projects, where they focused on change management and training solutions. Karen also served as a Project Analyst and Project Manager, contributing to system development and training initiatives. They earned a diploma in Early Childhood Education from George Brown College and additional certificates in Project Management and Business Analysis from the University of Toronto.
