Mike Marshall

Mike Marshall is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in software development and quality assurance management. Mike currently serves as the Director of Software Development at Intact since June 2021, previously held the position of Director of Quality Management and Improvement at RSA Canada from November 2014 to June 2022, and was a Test Automation Manager at Travelers from July 2012 to April 2014. Mike's expertise includes agile testing techniques, quality assurance strategy development, and test automation. As the Founder and Principal of Thorncrest Technology Consulting Inc., Mike provided consulting services to enhance software development and testing processes for various organizations. Additional roles include Manager of Test Automation at Rogers Communications and SQA Manager for Maya and Mudbox at Autodesk, contributing to award-winning software products. Mike's career began at MCI Systemhouse and TYDAC Technologies, with foundational education from the University of Waterloo and Deakin University.
