Richard Millette

Richard Millette, CISSP - ITIL, has extensive experience in information security and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Security Advisor at Intact since March 1997. Millette has played a pivotal role in defining and overseeing the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) practice at Partner Solutions Inc, along with directing the development of technological architectures to meet business requirements. With a background in security and compliance advisory, Millette has provided expertise in best practices related to various regulatory requirements. Previous roles include Senior Analyst in Information Risk Management and Security Architect for Identity Management. Millette’s career spans over three decades, beginning as a Programmer Analyst in 1987, and includes positions at Hydro-Québec and Catelli Foods Corporation. Education includes a College Education Diploma in Information Technology from CEGEP de Saint-Hyacinthe.
