Head of People and Culture at MAG Interactive

Marie Lundgren has a diverse background in human resources and people management. Marie is currently the Head of People and Culture at MAG Interactive since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Star Stable Entertainment AB as the Chief People Officer from March 2021 to April 2022, and before that as the HR Director from May 2018 to March 2021.

Marie also gained experience at Visma, where they held various roles from June 2013 to May 2018. Marie started as an HR Manager and later became the Head of Employer Branding. During their time at Visma, Marie focused on talent management, recruitment, employee engagement, and strategic HR projects. Marie's journey in HR began at Academic Work, where they worked part-time during their studies. Marie started as a Consultant Manager Assistant from March 2008 to January 2011, and later became a Staffing Manager from January 2009 to November 2009. In these roles, they established best practices for scheduling and staffing processes, trained new employees, and managed customer relations.

Marie Lundgren obtained a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Stockholm University, completing their studies from 2007 to 2011. During their time at Stockholm University, they also pursued a course in Företagsekonomi II, earning 30 credits in 2010-2011. Prior to this, they completed a Swedish/Nordic language basic course, earning 30 credits, at the University of Gothenburg in 2006. In 2015, Marie obtained a certification in BAM - Bra arbetsmiljö from Prevent. Additionally, they obtained a certificate in Rekryteringstester: Shapes - Views - Scales - MapTQ from cut-e Group in March 2015.
