Gizem Şentürk

Gizem Kaya is a Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Doğruer Gümrük Müşavirliği since March 2022, focusing on the legal compliance of product imports and label control per the Turkish food codex. Previously, Gazem held the position of Production Engineer at HUB Yiyecek, where responsibilities included managing production and purchasing plans. An internship at AVOD involved HACCP applications, food quality management, and sensory analysis. Additionally, Gizem participated in a Work & Travel program in the United States. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Slovenská pol'nohospodárska univerzita v Nitre, as well as a Bachelor's degree from Ege University and a high school diploma in Science from Bursa Atatürk Anatolian High School.
