BHUSHAN DAKHOLE

Bhushan Dakhole started their work experience as a Senior Engineer at L&T Technology Services Limited in June 2013. In this role, they performed FEA analysis for reaction arms to support torque gun and backup tools in CREO. BHUSHAN worked in this position until February 2015.

In April 2015, Bhushan joined L&T Technology Services as a Data Analyst. In this role, they performed data mining and data cleaning activities on clients' servers to gather relevant data for analysis. BHUSHAN also executed data exploration to obtain key metrics and generated reports and dashboards to drive business decisions. Bhushan worked as a Data Analyst until May 2018.

From July 2018 to June 2023, Bhushan worked at L&T Technology Services Limited as an Associate Product Manager. In this role, they generated end-to-end ML models based on deep-dive statistical analysis and predictive data modeling to identify top features for upcoming products. BHUSHAN also conducted quantitative analysis, data mining, and visualization to present user reviews on products. Bhushan performed A/B testing between various product versions and analyzed the impact of marketing and product changes on customer acquisition, behavior, and retention. BHUSHAN developed an ML model to predict line failure in the assembly line and automated hardware stocking in inventory. Additionally, Bhushan generated weekly reports, trained recruits in data storage and cleansing, and resolved issues related to dashboards and reporting database environment.

In September 2022, Bhushan worked briefly as an Apprentice at TurnKey Lender. BHUSHAN then joined Intangles Lab Pvt. Ltd. in March 2023 as an Associate Product Manager.

BHUSHAN DAKHOLE completed a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering from St. Vincent Pallotti College of Engineering & Technology, during the period of 2008 to 2012. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Analyzing and Visualizing Data with Microsoft Power BI" from Coursera in October 2022, "Machine Learning with Python-From Linear Models to Deep Learning" from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in August 2022, "Fundamentals of Statistics" from MIT in May 2022, "Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (ICGB)" from Simplilearn in July 2021, "Data Science Orientation" from Coursera in March 2021, "Machine Design Part I" from Coursera in January 2020, and "Six Sigma Foundations" from LinkedIn in March 2018.
