Shafaq Ansari

Shafaq Ansari has a diverse work experience in the tech industry. Shafaq is currently employed as a Technical Product Owner at Intangles Lab Pvt. Ltd. since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Apisero Inc. for a year, first as a Solutions Engineer in the Office of the CTO, where they supported sales and account teams from a technical perspective. Shafaq conducted client discovery calls, gathered requirements, created prototypes, and provided project roadmaps and estimations. Later, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer in Apisero's C4E team, where they designed, developed, and tested MuleSoft APIs and proposed integration solutions for clients using Mulesoft, Salesforce, and Snowflakes.

Before joining Apisero, Shafaq worked at HSBC as a Software Engineer from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they worked on building and scaling features for the HSBC Global Mobile Banking Application on iOS. Shafaq analyzed business requirements, discussed technical feasibility, and wrote efficient business logic in Swift. Shafaq also scaled various features to fit multiple markets.

Shafaq also gained experience as a Summer Intern at AIG Business Solution Pvt. Ltd in 2018.

Overall, Shafaq has demonstrated expertise in technical pre-sales, solution design, API development, and mobile app development throughout their career.

Shafaq Ansari completed their Bachelor of Technology - BTech degree in Computer Science from Jaypee Institute of Information Technology in the years 2015 to 2019. Prior to that, they completed their 12th Secondary education with a focus on PCM (Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics) along with Computer Science from Central Academy in the year 2015. Before that, in their earlier education, Shafaq Ansari completed their 10th Secondary education from Central Academy. In addition to their formal education, they obtained the certification of MuleSoft Certified Developer - Level 1 in November 2021 from MuleSoft.
