Yolanda Tucker

Yolanda Tucker is a seasoned contracts management professional with extensive experience in contract negotiation and risk analysis. Currently serving as Manager of Contracts at Intapp since November 2020, Yolanda previously held the position of Senior Contracts Analyst/Procurement at Duke Energy Corporation from February 2015 to November 2020, focusing on contract origination and risk management. Earlier in their career, Yolanda worked as a Contracts Specialist at Targacept, Inc., where responsibilities included managing contracts and leading negotiations on various agreements related to drug manufacturing. Yolanda holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Portland State University, earned between 1985 and 1990.
