Dipak Patel

Dipak Patel is an experienced professional in the field of training and development, currently serving as the Head of Training and Development at Intas Pharmaceuticals since May 2016. Prior to this role, Dipak held the position of Head - Technical Training at Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd from August 2010 to April 2016, focusing on quality system implementations and training program timelines. Dipak is pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Human Resources Management from XLRI Jamshedpur (September 2023 - September 2024) and holds a PGDBA in Operations from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning (2008 - 2010), as well as a Master's degree in Microbiology & Environmental Biotechnology from Gujarat University (1997 - 1999).
