Jon McDaniel

Jon McDaniel has extensive experience in IT and software development, currently serving as the Manager of IS Business Operations at ECFMG since April 2014, where responsibilities include managing IT Service Management processes, implementing Business Continuity practices, and tracking performance metrics. Previous roles at ECFMG include Assistant Manager of Technical Development and Software Developer I, focusing on web application development using VB ASP.NET and C#. McDaniel also gained experience as a Web Developer and Mobile Developer Co-Op, and developed an iOS app for a startup while working as an iOS & RESTful API Developer. Education includes a Master of Science in Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Software Engineering, both from Drexel University.
