Steven Geiger

Steven Geiger is a technology professional with a Master of Computer Information Technology from Northern Kentucky University and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Corrections from the University of Louisville. Currently serving as an Associate at the NKU Alumni Association since March 2023, and as a Support Technician at Intec Solutions, Inc. since April 2021, Steven has developed a strong skill set in IT support, troubleshooting, and customer service. Experience includes roles at Modis as an IT Help Desk Analyst, Great American Insurance Group as a Hosting Infrastructure Intern, and Northern Kentucky University as a Graduate Assistant and Administrator. Proficient in various technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft Office 365, and Cisco systems, Steven consistently demonstrates effective problem-solving abilities and technical expertise in fast-paced environments.
