Yunchao Li

Yunchao Li has a diverse work experience, beginning with an Undergraduate Research Assistant role at the University of Kentucky in 2010. In 2012, they began a Graduate Student Researcher role at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. In 2017, they took on a Materials Scientist Intern role at Apple, followed by a Senior Battery Engineer role in 2018. In 2022, they became the Head of R&D at Intecells, Inc.

Yunchao Li began their education in 2007, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering from China University of Mining and Technology. From 2009 to 2012, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Kentucky. Finally, from 2012 to 2017, they earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Energy Science and Engineering from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
