Assad Ahmed

Assad Ahmed is a seasoned procurement and logistics professional with extensive experience spanning over 17 years in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Lead Procurement & Logistics at INTECH Process Automation since August 2017, Assad is responsible for the timely procurement and logistics of project materials and managing supplier relationships. Prior to this, Assad held the position of Head of Procurement & Logistics at SPEC Energy DMCC, overseeing global supply chain activities, and has also worked as Supply Chain Manager at Noor Rice Mills and Maamaar International (Pvt) Limited, where responsibilities included developing supply chain strategies and ensuring optimal inventory levels. Assad's career began as Lead Procurement Engineer at SPEC, focusing on procurement and logistics compliance. Educational qualifications include certification in Supply Chain Management from the Pakistan Institute of Management and a B.Com degree from the University of the Punjab.
