Naeem Lodhi SHRM-CP, PHRi™, HRBP, CRA, has extensive experience in human resources, particularly in recruitment and selection. Currently serving as the Recruitment & Selection Lead at INTECH Process Automation since November 2013, Naeem leads recruitment functions across diverse regions and collaborates with senior management on workforce planning. Previous roles include Assistant Manager HR at MAF Carrefour and Strategic Systems International, where responsibilities encompassed policy development and full-cycle recruitment.
