Nicholas Trandem has a diverse work history spanning over two decades. Nicholas began their career as a Training Monitor for the University of Minnesota Police Department, ensuring campus safety and training new student monitors. Nicholas then worked at MAPPCOR as a Programmer, where they developed a new Perl application and advocated for its adoption in the company. At Rapid Application Deployment, Inc., Nicholas served as the Manager of QA, leading a team on the General Mills WMS project and representing the company in client interactions. Nicholas later joined FedEx Ground as a Developer Analyst and was instrumental in the successful development of a new application. Nicholas also worked at Random Creatureface Films as a Webmaster, building their online presence and attracting viewers. At ProBuild Holdings, they served as a Software Engineer, designing and developing applications that saved millions of dollars. Nicholas played a key role at True Restoration Press as a Webmaster, building the company's website and e-commerce store using Drupal and MySQL. Nicholas then joined Payfone as a Lead Database Developer, where they designed and developed mobile authentication platforms and reporting infrastructure. Currently, Nicholas is working at Intecrowd LLC, where they have held various roles such as Staff Consultant, Team Leader, Manager and Lead Workday Extend Architect, and currently as the Director.
Nicholas Trandem received their Bachelor's degree in History with minors in Computer Science and Mediaeval Studies from the University of Minnesota. Nicholas attended the university from 1996 to 2003. Prior to that, they attended Eau Claire North High School from 1992 to 1996. In addition to their formal education, Nicholas Trandem has obtained several certifications throughout their career. Nicholas has received the Workday Extend Certification from Workday in June 2019, the CCTPP (PI) Certification from Workday in November 2018, the Workday Studio Certification from Workday in February 2018, the MuleSoft Certified Developer - Integration and API Associate certification from MuleSoft in June 2017, the Workday Integration Certification from Workday in May 2017, and the Service Now Certified System Administrator certification from ServiceNow – The Enterprise Cloud Company in May 2011.
