RJ Cicero has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They began their career as an intern at Lincoln Financial Advisors in 2010. In 2013, they joined Damco Distribution Services as a Supervisor, where they were responsible for managing daily operations and recommending process improvements. In 2014, they were promoted to Assistant Manager, Operations at Damco Distribution Services, where they presented to top-level executives and implemented a flexible schedule program for supervisors. In 2015, RJ joined Wells Fargo as a Securities Admin Services Analyst, where their responsibilities included software testing and leading the cash shortage process. They transitioned to Intecrowd LLC in 2017 and held various roles, including Workday Integrations Consultant, Manager, Integration Services, and Director, Integration Services.
