Mnatsakan Sharafyan

Mnatsakan Sharafyan has a diverse work experience in various organizations. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at HSBC, where they held multiple roles such as Business Risk Operations Manager, Standards and Procedures Officer, Customer Service and Operations Officer, and Branch Representative. In 2018, they joined the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia as the Head of Customs Statistics and Income Registration Department. Since 2020, they have been working as a Co-Founder at Saima, a company that developed a browser extension that enhances audio and video comprehension, memorization, and focus through an AI-based adaptive speed solution.

Mnatsakan Sharafyan is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Data Science at the University of Michigan - School of Information, as of 2020. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Economics from the American University of Armenia. Mnatsakan'sundergraduate education was completed at the Armenian State University of Economics, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in the Department of Accounting and Audit. Before entering university, they attended the Anania Shirakatsy Armenian National Lyceum. Additionally, in May 2019, Mnatsakan obtained a certification in Financial Risk Manager Exam Part I from the Global Association of Risk Professionals (GARP).
