Shushanik Nersisyan

Shushan Nersisyan, a highly experienced professional, has held various roles throughout their career. Shushan is currently serving as the Co-Founder and CEO of Saima, a browser extension that utilizes AI technology to enhance audio and video comprehension, memorization, and focus. Prior to this, they worked at the State Revenue Committee of the Republic of Armenia as the Deputy Chairman and Head of Customs Services from 2018 to 2022. Before that, Shushan held multiple positions at HSBC Retail Banking and Wealth Management, including Chief Control Officer, Manager Business Oversight, Business Performance Manager, Business Performance Change and Portfolio Officer, Customer Experience Specialist, and Branch Operations staff. Shushan has a strong background in finance, operations, and customer service.

Shushan Nersisyan received a Bachelor's degree in Management from the French University of Armenia. Shushan attended the university from 2003 to 2007.
