Joshua Marks

Joshua Marks serves as General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Integra Connect, responsible for the entirety of the company’s legal and operations affairs. He joined the Integra family in July 2016 in the role of Associate General Counsel.

Josh received his B.A. from Columbia University, and his J.D. from University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Following law school, Josh was an associate at two multinational law firms.
