Sankalp Pande currently serves as Vice President Of Enterprise Engineering Architecture at Integra Connect, leading the strategic direction and execution of high-performance digital health platforms while managing significant budgets and resources. Previously, Sankalp held the position of Senior Director of Software Engineering at Inovalon, where strategic technology initiatives in healthcare revenue cycle management were spearheaded, including the successful implementation of a real-time data platform that improved regulatory compliance and data processing accuracy. Sankalp’s career also includes roles as a Senior Software Developer at The Blackstone Group and Merck Sharp & Dohme, along with experience at HealthNow New York Inc., GSS Infotech, and GE OEC Medical Systems. Educationally, Sankalp holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Governors State University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics from S.S.V.P.S College Of Engineering in Dhule, India.
