Caroline McDonnell

Caroline McDonnell currently serves as the Quality Compliance Lead at Integra LifeSciences, where responsibilities include overseeing QMS compliance, managing the internal audit process, coordinating CAPA efforts, and supervising a team of four in document control, complaint investigation, and change control. Prior to this role, Caroline worked at Kepak Group, initially as Quality Manager, responsible for the site Quality Management system, HACCP plan, and risk management, and previously as Assistant Technical Manager. Caroline holds a Master’s in Agricultural Science with a focus on Sustainable Agriculture and Rural Development and a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Science, Animal Sciences, both from University College Dublin. Additionally, Caroline has pursued further education and training through the Irish Quality Centre and SQT Training Ltd.
